These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by AR Surface Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") and your use of our website. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Service Area

AR Surface Solutions provides exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing and soft washing, to residential and commercial properties throughout the Tulsa, Oklahoma metro area (including Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Glenpool, and Owasso). Service availability outside this area is at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Quotes and estimates are free and provided based on the information you supply and/or an on-site assessment. Estimates are good-faith approximations; final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions (surface size, material, level of soiling, or access) differ materially from what was described. No work begins until pricing is agreed upon.

3. Scheduling, Weather & Cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please provide safe, reasonable access to the areas to be serviced.
• Because exterior cleaning is weather-dependent, we may reschedule for rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions. We will contact you to arrange a new time.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for reasonable advance notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We will communicate accepted payment methods at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take care to perform our services professionally and safely. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions (for example, loose siding, failing seals, aging paint, prior water intrusion, or improperly installed fixtures) that may be revealed or affected during normal cleaning.
• It is the property owner's responsibility to secure windows and doors and to disclose fragile or sensitive areas before service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The types of messages you may receive include: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to your service inquiries and quote requests, and occasional promotional offers and service updates.
